As the Director of Sinclair Law, based in Wilmslow, which includes the Nicola J Tiernan Solicitors division in Bramhall, well respected Lucy Hart is passionate about family law and has over 16 years experience across leading law firms.
Lucy leads and manages this growing law firm alongside bringing up 2 active young sons with her partner Tom (and the dog Freddie) in High Peak. “As a family we love to go camping, kick a ball around the local park and spend as much time as possible with friends and family.”
Sinclair Law’s track record of success for their clients has helped them to become one of Cheshire’s leading family law and wills solicitors. They have specialist expertise in high net worth, complex and child-related divorce cases as well as highly bespoke wills and probate. They work collaboratively with other professionals and experts, such as mediators and financial specialists, to provide the best possible advice.
“Our approach is simple. We deliver successful outcomes with a supportive and compassionate approach from skilled lawyers. We will always seek to find our clients the most sensible and affordable solution. We do this at a cost unrivalled by many larger law firms in South Manchester and Cheshire.” Lucy Hart.
Sinclair Law and Nicola Tiernan have both been long-term proponents of the ‘collaborative approach’ to family law, where parties try to work together as much as possible and reach a resolution without the stress and expense of going to court. “However, if that is not possible, we will fight hard in court on your behalf to get the most successful outcome for you.” Lucy Hart.
Proudly inclusive, Sinclair Law also has LGBT+ family law expertise. Solicitor Suzanne Moore runs a legal surgery for the LGBT+ community in Manchester and is a member of the LGBT Family Law Institute. Meanwhile, solicitor Agata Napora is a Polish speaker, so can translate and explain the sometimes-confusing legal jargon to a growing base of Polish clients in South Manchester.
