We are a small group who make knitted covers for chocolate oranges, throughout the year. All of our profits go to support our two chosen charities – The Christie & East Cheshire Hospice.
We sell via market stalls, facebook, and various small businesses who support us in Wilmslow and Macclesfield.
At some point in everyone’s life they will be affected by cancer – either directly or indirectly. That’s why we have to chosen to support both The Christie Hospital & East Cheshire Hospice with our fundraising efforts.
As Europe’s largest Cancer centre, The Christie treats 40,000 patients each year. East Cheshire Hospice receives less than 20% of it’s funding from the government – the rest is from donations. It costs £2.2 million to run the Hospice each year.
That’s why we are so grateful for your support – as are the patients at The Christie Hospital & East Cheshire Hospice.
We will continue to support those fighting and more increasingly winning the battle against cancer.
